Are flights and transfers included?
A. No, these are additional at your expense. Most airlines are currently running fantastic deals and therefore you may find a very affordable flight which, in combination with our Holiday Voucher, will allow you to enjoy a dream vacation at an incredibly low price.
Why do I have to fulfil the qualification criteria detailed in the Vip-Vacations.com ‘terms and conditions’ in order to book my holiday?
A. Yes! Our Resort partners have set their qualification parameters at quite low levels in order to make these vacations accessible to as many people as possible. They are doing so in return for the opportunity to present their Holiday Clubs to individuals and families whose aspirations and lifestyles are conducive to the quality vacation experiences they provide.
Can I purchase this wonderful holiday experience for someone else?
A. Yes, our Holiday Vouchers are transferable! You can buy our Holiday Vouchers for your staff, friends or family … or simply tell them about this wonderful opportunity so they can purchase directly.
What happens if I am unable to take a holiday within the 24month ‘window’?
A. Nothing to worry about! Should your personal circumstances dictate that you are unable to take your well deserved dream holiday within the specified ‘window’ simply contact us before the expiry date of your dream holiday allocation and your ‘window’ could be extended to suit your personal circumstances.
Can I take more than one Vip-Vacations.com luxury vacation in one year?
A. Yes you can! There are no limits to the number of dream holidays you can take with our unique vacation system, although to maximize your fulfillment, you cannot visit the same Vip-Vacations.com partner resort more than once.
This sounds wonderful… how do I book Resorts!!
A. Simply go to the destination of your choice, review all the resorts, find the 3 resorts you want to have your next holiday on, then click BOOK NOW. After you have purchased, you will be redirected back to a special resort listing to prepare your reservation.
What happens after I book?
A. Simply send your completed reservation request back to us at the e-mail address highlighted within the request form. On receipt of you reservation request, we will confirm one date and one resort from the choice of dates and resorts you have chosen. Reservation requests will take up to one week to process.
Can I cancel my booking due to unforeseen circumstances?
A. If you decide to cancel your Vip-Vacations.com luxury accommodation reservation, please do so within 30 days of your planned departure date in order for us to notify our partner resort. We will credit you with an alternative vacation to be taken with Vip-Vacations.com in the future.
We also recommend that upon purchasing your travel insurance that you include cover to protect you against unforeseen cancellation of your flights.
Can I stay more than 7 Nights?
A. Due to the high demand for this offer, this fantastic price is limited to one week only.
The offer is for four persons. Does that include friends?
A. No. the offer is limited to four persons from one family or a couple (and children) who have co-habitated for a period of two years or more. In some cases, individuals are also accepted.
Does this offer include food, transportation and other extra costs?
This fantastic offer is for your luxury accommodation only, as well as the benefits of facilities located within our partner resort. It does not include food or transportation costs.
What happens if I don’t attend the Holiday Club presentation?
A. This offer is conditional on you allowing your time during your stay to this presentation. If you are unable to attend, an additional fee of US $950 will be charged by the Resort as the terms of the special offer have not been met. Don’t be concerned by this – you have up to 7 days to attend the presentation, it is obligation free, and it’s a great way to learn exactly what is available to you if you enjoy the Resort. In other words, it’s a small compromise in return for the opportunity to enjoy a dream vacation at a fraction of the usual cost!
